Based in Bastia, Corsica, IRIPS is a non-governmental organisation specialising in vocational training, social inclusion, and support for People with Disabilities. As project coordinator, IRIPS brings extensive experience in disability-focused education, holds the national Qualiopi quality certification, and leads the project’s overall management, the development of the CILIA Handbook and In-Service Training Framework, and the first Training Lab in France.

AIM is a newly established NGO in Sofia, Bulgaria that was established by a group of young adults in order to empower and support their peers, children and youth while their search for a better world regarding of education, training, self development and participation pursuits.

With extensive experience in EU projects and public awareness campaigns for PwDs, ASEL RO leads Work Package 5, overseeing the project’s full dissemination, communication, and sustainability strategy.

Europe’s largest accelerator platform, F6S supports over 17,000 initiatives worldwide and brings unmatched technical expertise in digital transformation, application management, and inclusive innovation. Within CILIA, F6S leads the development of the CILIA Mobile App, delivering key accessibility features including speech-to-text, voice commands, and adaptive assistive modules tailored to diverse disability profiles.
INSTITOYTO KOINONIKIS KAINOTOMIAS KAI SYNOXIS (Fifty-Fifty) – Greece:
A civil society organisation based in Thessaloniki, Fifty-Fifty promotes lifelong learning, social cohesion, and digital skills development through non-formal education. With a strong track record in EU-funded projects, Fifty-Fifty leads the development and maintenance of the CILIA Online Platform, hosts the second In-Service Training Lab in Thessaloniki, and co-develops the CILIA Mobile App.
GLAFKA s.r.o. – Czechia:
An educational and consulting institution based in Prague, GLAFKA focuses on knowledge transfer in lifelong learning, entrepreneurship, and inclusive education. With deep expertise in developing digital tools, e-learning content, and methodologies for disadvantaged groups, GLAFKA contributes to training curriculum development and educational content creation across multiple work packages.
