Objectives
The project is structured around five core objectives:

Educator Empowerment:
To enhance adult educators’ competencies in Independent Living education through structured training, practical resources, and peer-learning opportunities.
02.
Digital Accessibility:
To develop digital tools, including an Online Platform and a Mobile App, that enable accessible, inclusive, and flexible learning for both educators and PwDs.
03.
Structured Educational Content:
To create a comprehensive body of educational material integrating best practices, assistive technologies, and inclusive pedagogical strategies that can be used and adapted across diverse national contexts.
04.
Transnational Cooperation:
To foster meaningful cross-border collaboration in adult education, generating a European framework for Independent Living training that transcends national boundaries and policy gaps.
05.
Long-Term Adoption:
To ensure the sustained adoption of CILIA methodologies and digital tools within partner institutions and broader adult education systems beyond the project’s duration.
